These pictures were taken around the Orofino area on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation.
It's a good highway, but not much extra real estate for shoulders along the river. It does have a
lot of pullouts, and signs advise the motorists to pull off the road if they are moving more slowly than
the traffic flow. Most were pretty good about doing that. Or, maybe we just came upon
them as they had arrived at their little fishing paradise.
