Although this was just a planned stop
along the road, we found more in Utica
than this happy little cow
watering the lawn near our motel.
Appleseed's Tavern proved to be just as good a place for hunry travelers as for locals who fill the place in the afternoon.
We ate dinner and still had a little time to investigate the local segment of the Erie Barge Canal.
