We checked into the Holiday Inn in Cedar City, then took a side trip to see Cedar Breaks National Monument, about 25 miles east of the city.

Zion Overlook
On top of the world? No, not quite. The overlook is called that because Zion Canyon can be seen in the distance. A Navajo family displayed their wares there. They had some nice silver jewelry. We bought a few pieces to bring back to friends and family. Why didn't I get their pictures?
