Day 16: Saturday, January 19, 2002
5:44 AM We're pulling into the Ushuaia dock.
We get the last open space on the dock, so we won't have to use the tenders
to get to shore. That's good, because we're scheduled to leave at 1 PM.
The birds check to see what is turned up by Ryndam's thrusters.
Ushuaia Is A Popular Stop-over For Travelers
Cruises to Antarctica are available in the summer,
and it's a ski resort in the winter.
The picturesque town is not yet awake.
No wonder, it's 6:09 AM on Saturday.
