Several evenings in the dining room were
dedicated to the cuisine of different
countries. One night they had a French
theme, and Italy and Mexico were
honored on other nights.

The last night of the cruise was American
night. They decorated in American flags
and red, white, and blue balloons.
The waiters and their assistants
dressed in the color scheme too.
The waiters strutted on parade with
the baked Alaska for their tables.

Miguel was our waiter—dancing the Macarana in this photo—and Javier was his assistant.
