Seal Looks for a Hand Out
Owen Tyler enjoys lunch at Silver's.
The seal isn't likely to get any of this concoction of eggs,
salsa, black beans, guacamole, frijoles, on a couple of tortillas
served with sausage, and peachy champaign.
Coast Guard goes out on patrol.
