This is the view east from our balcony. Sea World is just out of the picture to the right or south.
Yes, it was cloudy when we were there. The natives said it was their winter. The weather was warm enough for a lot of people to be out on kayaks rented nearby.

The pots were soon to be moved from that location to be dropped in the lobster beds when the California season started on October 4th.
