Grizzly Creek Rest Area

Confluence of Grizzly Creek with the Colorado River.
In a fragile enviornment, just build your road in the air.
Seeing the elevated highway in the area reminded me of a documentary we had seen years ago about the building of the highway though this area. Instead of grading down boatloads of rock to make a road bed and an enviromental disaster, they wrapped the road around the mountain and built it in the air.
