Mystic Seaport is a replica of a nineteenth century New England seaport town. They have sailing ships from that era that are actually put under sail occassionally.

Often the Catch Of The Day was several days when this old fishing boat arrived at home port.

This one is available for boarding.

The Sail Loft

They sold new sails and repaired old sails. This was an essential business in those days.
