North Woods Loop

Maine

Day 16: Tuesday August 28, 2001

Well, we had a very scenic drive. The Androscoggin River is most beautiful.
So far a wildlife was concerned, we didn't even see a squirrel muchless a moose!
I suspect that if we had made the drive at 6 or 7 AM our luck would have been better.

We will stop for a short visit with our host, Bob Corrigan at the Wildberry Inn. This is a wonderful bed and breakfast that deserves your consideration when staying in this area. Then we'll drive straight across Maine to the Canadian Border at Calais, New Brunswick.
