Peggys Cove

Day 27: Saturday, September 8, 2001

We were here in the shoulder season, that is, between tourist seasons. We were just a little ahead of the fall foliage touring season. When ever you come to Peggys Cove, except, maybe in the dead of winter, it's a good idea to get here early in the morning. The tour busses bring floods of people later in the day.

Restaurant

We were here early, so we didn't see them, but the restaurant has plenty of parking space for tour busses. It's time for a bit of refreshment before we get on the road to Yarmouth.

Glacial Boulders

We were continually amazed at these gigantic boulders everywhere. It was obviouse they didn't occur naturally in this location. On to Yarmouth!
