You can stop for a tour of the Taylor Winery or one of the others while you're there. And do try some of their grape pie while in the area in the fall.

Be sure and allow plenty of time for a tour of the Corning Glass Works and a fine Italian dinner at Corning.

Time for the Corning Glass Works was short, but the Italian dinner was great. We had just enough time to circle back to our hotel in Rochester via the shore of Lake Seneca.

Our only regret was that we just didn't have enough time to really explore this wonderful region.
Next, we jump back to our 2001 trip to Nova Scotia. We will see a few pictures taken in Uitca.
