Soon after entering the park the road climbs a steep bluff to gain access to the rock formations that make this area famous. Here, Pat grabs a quick snap as we wind up the mountain. The park buildings are at the bottom of the hill in the foreground, and the town of Moab lies in the distant green patch at the foot of another ridge.
