There is a little glare caused by the glass cabin, but most has been reduced to avoid the destractions.

Here it is folks, we're as close to looking down the throat of an active volcano as most of us will ever come. This is Kilauea's active crater at the moment. The volcano wasn't doing much the day we were there. There were no fresh lava flows, and no fireworks at the crater. Lava was moving down the mountain through lava tubes. We did see a couple of "skylights" with orange lava showing through them. But the angles made it impossible to get a picture of them.

This is where vog comes from. Often the islands are shrouded in vog.
