Houses on Tutuila Island
White House With Blue Trim
We always enjoy seeing the houses of the middle class every where we go. These are the houses that tell you
how the people of the area actually live. The palaces of the wealthy are pretty, and pretty much the same
around the world, and the hovels of the very poor are pretty much the same too. It's the middle class houses are the most
interesting of the lot.

Blue House
The blue house is nestled in an abundant tropical garden.
Happily, we didn't see any houses that indicated the occupants were among the very poor here.
The cars looked pretty nice too.

House With Fale
This fale was built in a rectangular shape instead of the traditional oval.
