We landed on time or just a bit early.
In no time we had our luggage, and a taxi cab took us the short distance from the airport to our hotel.
The first thing we wanted to do was see this incredible city from our 8th floor balcony of the suite reserved for us by our Holland America sales representative.

We were checked in and sightseeing from our balcony by 4:02 PM.
We are looking northeast from our hotel on 17th Street.
