Korean Sushi

We learned that Koreans were sushi experts just as the Japanese.

All of these arrangements were made of fruits and vegetables. This staff member is very artistic with a paring knife.

We are frequently asked if we attend the midnight buffets. We don't. The Horizon Court Buffet is open 24 hours a day for anyone who can't come in it at regular mealtimes or for those who require extra meals. We don't need all that extra food.
