Nora loves the island in the summer, and she lives in Winnipeg during the winter.
She was thinking of making her winter home in a more southerly location, such as Florida.
Jackie, an island girl, was working her last day at the inn. She was going to school on the mainland to become a registered nurse.

We hope to return to Grand Manan and the Compass Rose.

It's on to Saint John and a ride in a jet boat tomorrow.
