North Carolina
In the heavy traffic of North Carolina, there's not much of any way to get a picture of the poppy field planted by the highway department except to try to get the window open in time to snap the picture as you go by at 60 or 70 miles per hour. So that's what we finally did. The poppies appear in almost all the Interstate highway cloverleafs in Ashville and as little surprizes along the way.
