Overseas Passenger Terminal

This terminal serves many of the cruise ship passengers that embark on their cruises in Sydney, or those that disembark here, as we did. Sun Princess used Wharf 8 in Darling Harbour as you saw earlier in this section.

Sydney Harbour
A Glimpse of A Small Part of Sydney Harbour

Sydney is one of the largest cities is Australia, and most of its people live very near the water. This is a bit of the south shore of Sydney Harbour, and the North Shore is just as well developed. The rivers that flow into the harbor are navigable for quite a few miles, and bridges are very few, so the ferries play a very important role in the lives of the people. If you are coming to downtown Sydney this is where you land.
